Collier moves forward with opioid addiction treatment plans for inmates

Collier County has taken a step forward in helping people with opioid addictions through the acceptance of a grant that will fund treatment for inmates at the Naples Jail Center.    

"It is a game changer,” said Nancy Dauphinais, chief operating officer for the David Lawrence Center. “It's a significant step forward in providing access to life saving and life changing treatments for individuals that have opioid use disorders.”
